Ann Peden Jewelry requires that all initial purchases be made with a credit card. Minimum order $100.00. Allow two weeks for delivery on all purchases.
Net 30/Credit Policies
Ann Peden Jewelry’s preferred method of payment is by credit card. Terms are not being extended at this time.
Exchange and Replacement Policies
Ann Peden Jewelry is proud to offer a quality product and stands behind its product line. We will gladly make exchanges after one month from the original shipping date as listed on your invoice as long as the item is in its original condition.
Any items returned with a damaged tag (i.e., worn, broken, torn, dirty) will incur a 10% restocking fee. Collegiate items will incur a 10% restocking fee regardless of the condition of the tag. Collegiate items with damaged tags will incur a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item is not in its original condition.
Ann Peden jewelry will be happy to replace any item that is damaged during the shipping process. If an item arrives damaged, it must be returned to us within 10 business days. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items without an RMA will not be accepted.
